6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.2 Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period. Trial terms, including duration and event limits, are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit or terminate trials to prevent abuse.

6.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is processed through DodoPayments
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6.5 Usage Limits

Each plan has event limits. Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions, additional charges, or automatic plan upgrades. You are responsible for monitoring your usage.

7. Data Ownership and Retention

7.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all analytics data collected through your use of the Service. However, we may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and analytics purposes.

7.2 Data Retention

Data is retained according to your subscription plan. After the retention period expires, data is automatically deleted. You are responsible for exporting data before expiration if needed.

7.3 Account Deletion

Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AnalyzeUser and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Immediate resolution of all issues
  • Availability of all features at all times

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
  • Update the Service with new features or improvements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnalyzeUser, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Data collected through your use of the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse the Service or trial system

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
