What counts as an event?
An event is any user action you track - page views, button clicks, form submissions, or custom events. The first 5,000 events each month are free on all plans.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime. We won't stop tracking or charge overage fees without your approval.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
How does data retention work?
Data retention determines how long we store your analytics data. Higher tiers keep data longer (from 7 days to 1 year). After that period, older data is automatically deleted.
Can I have unlimited projects?
Yes! All plans include unlimited projects. You only pay based on total events across all your projects combined.
